I think the best way to treat conman is to make report to Police.

Even though police will claim that your loss is not worthy of claim, you can simply do the report.

It is for other forumers benefit as well because we dont want LYN become a place for conman to get easy money without no action from legal enforcer.

Plus we do have act for the ICT crime and fraud so it will be better if you collect all necessary info about that conman so that his info will be in PDRM database.
