There is another choice too, but Mira very high probability investor more than own stay due to low PSF. So the capital appreciation will be lower. but high rental yield.

But Nexus, higher probability 50% 50% investor vs own stay because psf is the second highest on surrounding condo. Capital appreciation will be higher, but lower rental yield. compare mira.

So depend on your portfolio, need keep property or flip property. A healthy portfolio must got keep and flip together. I advice la.
