Based on 350k (bare unit), yield-wise it is just mediocre, but not fantastic. 1+1 is not like other 2bedroom, means the +1 has no windows.

Not to mention it is next to cemetery and petrol station.

Unless there are more attractive freebies when the developer finally announced the details
