Not to spoil it for ugaiz but a quick google maps alignment check tells me that the klcc twin towers are fully blocked by MVatika from this location.

That will spell disaster for their entrance. Currently the most left lane is blocked from the direction of roundabout, only cater for cars coming out from Pertama. If this is the case then residents will have a hard time turning in.

It's not difficult to separate the car entrance & pedestrian gate anyway.
