Will be interesting to know the exact location. Taman Pertama rental should be able to fetch higher price compare to if you moved further downwards the MRT line, Taman Midah, Taman Mutiara, Taman Connaught.

Pertama Residence, leasehold, 610sqft, 1 bedroom / studio unit transacted at 330k - 430k (declining value over the year).
If MKH 650sqft layout is a actual real 2 bedroom unit (instead of a 1+1), freehold, nett price start from 350k? Then is surely BBB.
And pls layout dont be like Aster. No common toilet for guest usage as both toilets located inside the bedroom.

But will the cemetery be a deciding factor? Just like Aster, ppl concern about HTC.
So HTC vs cemetery which is worse to have beside?

Anyway, time to throw in 3k cheque first.

Hahaha. Seeing even before official launch, before got layout, before got any details also ppl BBB start to throw cheque.
Is only the logical reason to increase price.
Yeah so blame us all here.

Developer ppl if you are reading this, facing cemetery unit should offer at least 50k off the other facing price of the same layout. Gonna be no taker those face cemetery units.

Face cemetery unit of course will be the cheapest unit.
Cheapest unit start from 600 psf.
Then is not really cheap. Just so so following the market price.

Probably justify Aster Residence selling price if MKH launch starting from 600 psf.
