there is possible my external firewall cause issue.
possible my hardware cause issue.
possible my LAN (RJ 45) port cause issue.
Possible LAN driver cause issue.
Possible win 10 cause issue.
Possible my router cause issue.

never maxis issue ...
guess what, it automatically fix everything overnight, thanks for maxis fix my hard/software over the air, i'm glad that i use MAXIS.

Yeah, sometime very hard to serve this kind of people. Slow speed for a day already not tahan... This is shared line (consumer grade) lah... If you are paying for leased line then shout as you like lah... Even leased line also cannot be 100% uptime sweat.gif
