Help. Does anyone who have experience this problem with their QQ account?

I try to login the QQ for IM(chatting).

I am using maxis number.
I can login to this account but it ask for SMS verification that I set about one year ago. I can receive the verification number on my number when I first register.
But now the problem is that when it sent the verification number to my mobile number, I never receive the verification even after an hour or two.

See attachment, I ask the the QQ customer service thru wechat and got response. I followed their instruction, I managed to change the verification mobile number but before it can be changed QQ will sent verification code to new mobile number in order to verify, but same I still never receive the verification code after waiting for some time. Try with another mobile phone number still the same (not shown on attachment).

I also has Baidu (百度) account (for cloud storage) , but I have no issue with it as I can still receive verification code on my phone numberfrom baidu.

1st you censored phone number, 2nd you dont censored.
also.. you got an extra 0 in your phone number. its already +60, you went put 01xxxxxxx

you should fill up ur phone number as 1748xxxxx not 01748xxxxx

About the phone censoring my bad, I miss it, now already remove.

It seem that if I used +60 (Malaysia), 1748XXXX8 also not received any sms, and then using another number +60 (Malaysia), 1754XXXX8, the same problem not receiving any sms after some period of time. Both are maxis number. Thanks.
