I bought an original educational video - it runs off an executable file
discovered that it could only be played on the PC.

(no MPEG/AVI or any video format on CD itself.)

Is there a way for me to capture the video on the PC and then convert it to VCD?

Just like a screen capture for DVD/VCD -- only this time I want the video that is played on the PC to be capture...

Any software could do it?

Thanks

Well I used the screen capture video for the desktop it didn't work.
It only capture what is going on the desktop. It doesn't capture the video I am viewing at all.

How does Nero Pro work? Does it capture the video that is being played on the desktop? I went to Nero itself , doesn't say much neither does Nero 7.

Any comments?

FYI: I am not capture video via DV camcorder nor TV tuner. Just from the CD interactive files -- I hope to capture the video & the audio produce by the video.

Thanks

Thanks - I think Snagit output is to a photo, not to a video format with audio does it?

again I am hoping to capture the interactive CD executable video & audio to video with audio ( AVI or anything which can be easily converted to VCD/DVD format)

Thanks
