Hi guys, is there any website where I can purchase 1 serving size of whey protein?

Preferably Optimum nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey of various flavours for testing purpose.

i've gotten samples from befit (www.befit.com.my) before...but i dont think they sell single serve...u can always try and ask.

Usually some gym got sell one scoop (take from the tub)...and need to mix instantly in shaker...not sure about 1 packet scoop though..

My gym is selling at RM 5 or 5.50 per shot. Tried both, don't like it. The last time I asked, there is no 10 lbs pack.

buy those empty plastic bag then pack per scoop and clip it. :-P

Loads of flavor with the only downside that you'll need wait 4 weeks for it to arrive :/

Definitely cheaper if you pack your own but I won't question that
