Those nice dreamy houses with a nice yard and pool - easily 250k/500k+ AUD. Saw their tv ads for real estate.

Also, job wise hearsay, hard even for locals to place into higher positions/secure job, a year or two delay. That's the first thing I heard in a bus

Nice country to visit awhile but to migrate, think again.
