Recently I applied & gt rumawip, cant choose unit, ballot only.
Result: Highest unit level 34 (no other unit above me) Balcony facing KL (no blocked view like other blocks) Balcony facing DIRECT west. Sunset So yay or nay? |

Mostly high rise top floor will have roof leakage problem.
The room will be damn hot during day time. but need to wait until almost morning only your room will be cool down. |

top floor not prefer. need to check its directly under the water tank or not
also facing west is not preferred lol need to on air conds most of the time if stays at home... |
