Frankly speaking I do not know what to write in this thread. I have been feeling hopeless in life. Wanted to get help but it is way to expensive and company does not cover for such high medical expenses. I have tried exercise, it did help but not fully.
I have tried meditate, but it doesn't seem helping much either.
After trying a few ways and still I don't feel that I am in a very good shape yet and that will lead me to a thought that I am hopeless.
Anyone can let me know what should I do to make things better?

This then, means a friend or just a person who you can write to (at the same time, it will not be harmful for you to understand him too).
Befrienders did not help me when I wrote to them few years back.
Since many of them are volunteers, they spend very less genuine interest in the people's stories.
Have you discovered the root of this numbness?
Is it your self esteem?
