Hi there, I found out one funny thing in my Nokia N82, can any pro tells whether is my settings wrong or a bug from nokia?

My calls log doesn't show Name from my contact its only shows number... any idea? thanks....

The rest of the phone perfect for me ^^

one more question sorry... what is the max size of MicroSD I can swap in? 4G / 8G?

try to master reset the phone then see izit still like this?

4gb micro is the max size sandisk,toshiba,kingston rm169.90,179.90,209.90

I just bought one in China last week. Though it's not sandisk, toshiba nor kingston, the price I paid for is so very much cheaper. <RM65.00 in fact. It's a Kingstar 4GB micro SD. Had to clean up as I found it contained worms as detected by Avira and Kaspersky. SO guess, will get the shop to reformat it for me when I buy my set, hopefully today.

keee..keee, k850i users now all cry. Coz pictures quality cant compare with its older model and the price drop so fast. N82 beat 850i handdown with more features. 850i is not cheap either when it was 1st launched.

i hope the card work properly. i always suspicious of china made product. remember the 32gb sony vaio thumbdrive and fake sandisk memorystick? lol. if it can work properly, u should buy more and sell here

i do think better go for original...coz when u getting a such an expensive phone there should be a warranty ( I mean better one) and thing are different from Ori and AP for expensive phone...when the AP got problem then u will cry lo...no problem then ok la...

Sorli to say this. I go to China solely to go sightseeing. No intention to do quick business. My previous job had conditioned me to be risk adverse. Anyway, hopefully the microSD card that I bought in China, I hope it works out fine. My son too told me to be wary of China made product. I had weighed this risk and am prepared to "burn" my RM spent should the card prove problematic! Am keeping my fingers crossed.

N73 vs n82 battery power

this is a my senario
i work as a sales person so, i quick heavy user on calling and receiving call

Senario A-play games, watch a bit of movie, play a bit of music, a bit of wifi, lots of call (but short cal average around 3 to 5 minutes.
Duration=can use 1.5 days
=N82 battery last as long as N73


Senario B-play games, watch a bit of movie, play a bit of music, a bit of wifi, lots of call (but short cal average around 3 to 5 minutes and playing GPS-2 to 3 hours
=N82-take out from charging at 8am and battery dies at 4pm the same day.....
Conclusion=Use in car charger when using GPS in the car...


I am fedup with Nokia Maps cause i only manage to use 1 time before have to purchase it......damn when i download the rates...was so shock...it's damn expensive leh......

Now i have install Garmin Mobile XT and happy with it-voice navigation and the maps are more detail than Nokia Maps.
