i bought the n82 from the UAE for 2380DHR=roughly RM2100...ori set from nokia shop...no chinese support, may i know hw to get chinese support?? wait for the new firmware of malaysia version or how??

The Focal Length is same like N73 camera....Just N82 got higher megapixel and xenon flash only..

The N82, uses the same camera sensor as the Nokia N95, N95 8GB, N95-US. There aren't any improvements with the Nokia N82 camera sensor and it still produces Noisy pictures with high noise reduction usage which causes the Image to look like crap when it's zoomed in.

If your comparing Nokia N82 and Nokia N73, there isn't much difference as it has the same camera functions but with a higher resolution and Xenon Flash. The Xenon flash wont effect close up shots as the N82 has an advanced ISO Settings that can bet set manually and automatically. Macro wise, the N82 and N73 has the same focal length which is 10cm - 60cm.

And also, the N82 will have new colors available by Q1 2008, so if this isnt your color, just wait for the new color or maybe an improved edition from Nokia. Zitron will be the first to have stock for the N82, retail price at RM 2,399.

Just bought my N82 from Puchong IOI Mall...Zitron Set RM2480..with 2GB microSD card it's kind of expensive.. .its really lighter compare to N95, and seem longer when put aside N95 (Actually same size as N73), and look more SOLID compare to N95. The Keypad seem like not easy to press but actually it's nice to press...the auto rotation is cool...

the price is quite steep....

The Auto rotation program is pre-installed or need to install it by the user?

it's built into the firmware. that's meant u can uninstall it and update to newer version on your own, unless new firmware updates. i still prefer it being released as a standalone software (which meant can be "tested" on other phone like N95 )

the only nokia dristributor to warranty on this phone is only ZITRON and is not AVAXX for the original set warranty which mean if some one is offering avaxx for this n82 then is a con case cause i had call up avaxx regarding this n82 and the inform that the only company who is distributing this n82 is ZITRON not us AVAXX hope all the consumer understand thank
