hi. i'm currently using a laptop that comes with a USB 3.1 Gen. 1 (Type-C) Port. But it cannot be used to charge the laptop. This is confirmed by the vendor, and the only way to charge the laptop is via the DC-in Jack, as pic below.



Would like to ask. If there any way i can charge my laptop using a powerbank? Is there a 3rd-party cable that can connect the powerbank to the DC-in jack? Your expertise is much appreciated.

The laptop comes with a "Full Range AC-in 100~240V, 50~60Hz, 120W" AC Adapter. The battery size is 63Wh

Is the following cables compatible ? Your recommendation on a suitable powerbank and cable is very much appreciated.

If I am using a normal HP laptop, how do we charge it using the PD Power Bank?

It is not using the USB-C connected.

If without USB C power input, I dun think that powerbank will work on your HP laptop

ThinkPad charger 65W vs Xiaomi 65W PD
Size and weight can save half, if you going for outdoor.
Just bring 3 pins adapter will do.

Anyone has experience in using the power delivery power bank for macbook Air with Magsafe 2 connector?

Theoretically, if i can get a USB C - Magsafe 2 connector cable, then I should be able to use PD for the Mac.

Looking good but the down side is when you want to recharge it - even using Aukey PD power adapter 45w it takes 10h 15m to fully charge it.
Aukey PB-Y7 recharge it using the same power adapter only takes 50% less time .
But the price of the PB-Y7 is ... lol

Zmi recently released a new 65w charger measuring 50mm x 50mm x 28mm and weighing 95.7g.
No one is importing it yet and the official store in taobao doesn't ship it overseas.
Any other way to get it or just wait?
