Me using the Vox AD50VT, got it for RM1150 at the end of 2005.

Pros :
- The Vox and Fender models are very close to the originals.
- Valve-like feel in terms of break-up and transparency (It's still your guitar tone that you're hearing ). It's also quite responsive to your picking dynamics and cleans up very well, perhaps not as much as a tube amp would but for a modeling amp, it's decent enough.
- Sounds good even at loud volumes, suitable for small to medium gigs.
- Built-in attenuator a bonus for low-volume practices.
- Takes pedals pretty well. (Have yet to try fuzz pedals, though!)
- Built-in effects are usable but far from professional quality. Reverb is decent though!

Cons:
- Speaker mutes when a cable is connected to the Line Out.
- Lack of a fx-loop.
- Marshall models are so-so.
- Lack of a super clean model. (Eg. the JC120 )
- Only 2 user-preset slots available.
- Optional footswitch expensive.
