Maybe you should check the app, I got that sms but the app shows nothing.

Update : apparently it shows in the history but not on the dashboard

Live chat with unifi mobile, they did that within 24 hours you would get the free complimentary pass. Already 24 hrs passed when I live chat, they said anytime the free complimentary pass would be given
