65d does not support Band 38. Only Band 40
Band 38 is available in 22d.

Currently, TM band 40 is limited to 10MHz, band 38 is 20MHz, which is why Band 38 performs better.

You can perform manual lock band by downloading the HManager app.

Not really locked to 10MHz, I am able to get 20MHz on band 40 cool2.gif

Really? I didn't realise  that..My phone support VoLTE, but the VoLTE indicator didn't appear at all. Maybe need to do some setting on the phone . Need to ask Unifi to enable or not?
*
What's your phone model? AFAIK, unifi mobile VoLTE only works on certain brands and models, i.e. most of the Huawei and Samsung flagship devices, even iPhones aren't supported yet.

No need to call them to enable, it is activated automatically, just plug and play if the service is available.

Thanks. My phone is Lenovo P2. It support voLTE but maybe not recognised by Unifi.

Telco can check your phone model before allowing you to connect to VoLTE network (as well as other services), there are few ways to disable this checking, just browse XDA and you'll be able to find them (if you are a tech-savvy person la biggrin.gif )

I was tested with both VoLTE phones in differences towns/cities, maybe is your area CELL TOWERS not support VoLTE?
Example my hometown was not showing HD calls, but when calling in city my phone showed HD calls and it's very clear.
*
Most likely, so far I am able to use VoLTE on band 5, 38 and 40, maybe certain places don't have VoLTE yet just like what you said, but VoLTE is quite buggy on my Note8, sometimes need to switch on airplane mode and switch off again to connect to VoLTE on same location and tower doh.gif

erm.... hmm.gif

it seems not many ppls able to volte for their phone, maybe like that you say, only specific models able to get volte

maybe I stick to 3G mode until I change my phone

unifi mobile is my 2nd number so not really urgent blush.gif
*
Only popular models get the support nowadays because VoLTE and VoWiFi (WiFi Calling) both require extra settings from device manufacturer and telco to ensure these technologies can work on their devices.

Guys, why my phone when on VoLTE, I can get HD calls but no internet line? I'm using Huawei y7 prime and in settings enable 4G.

Edit: In the settings > more > mobile network, if I turn on VoLTE calls I lose internet connection but still can call/receive calls.
*
Did the 4G icon become 3G when you receive call?

Or go to settings and phone status, check the network type when you receive call to confirm.

There's no 4G icon at the top status bar. Only VoLTE icon and when incoming call, call is HD quality

Argh, this is weird, it's a Huawei phone right? Is there any Huawei user can share their thought?
