All 5 of my unifi sim cannot use already even all sim still active in-use.

Anyone encounter this problem?.

I tot the tnc stated as long as any usage, it will active until you finish the quota.

Finally after complaint to unifi, they reactive all my line and now back to normal. Still got 67GB to use.
