My Unifi mobile account status still showing "termination in progress" even though sms has been sent and also running speed test.

I received notification via e mail to make some usage before 7.11.18. After making a sms call and using data for Speed test yesterday ( both are given free when I registered the SIM), the status still shows "termination in progress".
