If send an SMS from Unifi Simcard, but the other end not switched on.
Unifi kick back message "Recipient not able to receive the SMS."
Does this quality as "usage"?? To prevent termination.
I remembered back in the days, no matter recipient on their phone or not, SMS will be kept at their server. When switch on, the SMS will come raining in.
Doesn't work this way now?
