Further update, the sim cannot access 3g network(get no service), but 4g can access. My other sims no such issue, is the sim spoiled? I live chat confirm the line active.

Go into settings, disable auto network select, connect to my celcom line, then turn back on autonetwork select. No idea why the problem happened in the first place.
