Hello, i'm new here! I recently tried to change line from Hotlink prepaid to Unifi mobile, then they send me an sms said that my request was rejected. The next day, unifi send me an email telling me that it was rejected due to overdue unpaid. If i may ask how can you have an overdue on a prepaid? Anyone experienced this before?

Well the line was active, been using ever since and top up like usual. Somehow it's really weird that it suddenly got rejected due to overdue 😪

For prepaid they have cooling off periods too? I thought that only apply to postpaid plan? Hmm i guess i'll try to contact the telco. Thanks!

I see, there shouldn't be any problems to change from hotlink prepaid to unifi right? Usually problems come if you use postpaid. Mine isn't expired yet, i still top up my hotlink. Just tha,t it's weird they told me that I have an overdue
