Yep, i already screenshot'ed CS chat and proceeded to MCMC complaint. The cap started on last thursday/29.3.18 iirc. i usually got around 10Mbps on morning and then suddenly hovers around 3Mbps +-10%. Just hoping that they will uncap again cos if i wants to port out, i got another 4 numbers under my name.

So far i see only postpaid plan unlimited being capped. unifi prepaid in the other hand is not capped

Yep so far only webe postpaids are capped. Nothing we can do right now except for make complaint through the formal channel and lastly hope.

I think you can set the network to auto/3g/4g and then lock to 4G only using 4G LTE Switcher ( no ads ) apk at Google Play store if it's compatible. Have a try. No need to enter specific code force 4G again

Please be informed, that we do not capped the data speed as we comply with the standards and guidelines given by SKMM. You may want to refer to our frequently ask question regarding data speed capping at https://community.unifi.com.my/t5/Mobile/Is.../m-p/4155#M4948.
In addition, data speed delivered varies depending on the location and the best bit rate that network can offer to you at the delivery time, depending on the current traffic load.

They insist and specifically state that they do not cap the speed and may dependant on device/area bla2. This is coming from a couple of staff that was assigned on SKMM complaint.

Yep. It is really unstable. I thought it was my areas tower problem at first, then i went to KB and it is also the same.
