if the speed constantly at 10mbps then it is possible throttle.
if speed fluctuate then, it is not throttle, possible congestion as many and many coming in to unifi since the free sim is continue and rm20 per week unlimited is currently the cheapest in the market after consider GST add on to overall bill for some unlimited postpaid.

my today speedtest still showing speedy but this will not prove 100% no speed throttling

halo, sim card in handphone?

For those who got slower speed when bought the add-on, could they have changed some settings on the phone to connect to band 40 instead of band 38.

If not why when you insert another sim with free data ( without the add-on) the speed still remains throttled?

I using modem router.. Tenda 4G680 running on Band 38

My opinion depend on area...
Too many user at one time sure congestion ..

how to set it fix on band 38? i am using m7300 tplink,tanks

Yours using add-on ? Those using add-on complaining.

My second sim was tested with samsung note 8 speed 60Mbps with free data. So I bought bebas weekly, after that perform speed test. It capped at 9.x to 10Mbps. So I use my huawei Mate 8 phone to use my 3rd sim with free data, it achieved 56Mbps.

So, I thought might be phone problem, i swapped the sim card with phone. My 3rd sim i put in note 8 and tested 62Mbps while the 2nd sim I put in mate 8, i speed test still 9.8Mbps

Free data not yet throttled, but bebas weekly confirmed throttled to 10Mbps.

Ok, I won't be buying any add-on for Unifi mobile from now. I will stick to Digi for time being.

Mine Free Data no throttled, immediately throttled only you bought the bebas weekly. I'm not sure bebas/daily 2hour will having same issues or not.

After bought bebas weekly, my speed contantly 9.X to 10Mbps, never higher than 10Mbps.

May I know you are currently using Free Data or bebas ?

I think only the High Speed limited add-on won't be throttled (limited data but no expiry). That's why they called it High Speed and it's expensive. That's their intention all along.

All unlimited data will be throttled . It was already expected from the beginning, but didn't expect it to be implementsd so soon. Thought would only implement after the promotion period ended in July.

Did you read his post, he already tested the sim on 2 diff phones. Only the sim with the bebas unlimited add-on is throttled , even inserted on diff phones.

The other sims with the free data, inserted on the same diff phones wasn't throttled.
