I have this issue too my dad's number. If I swap the sim to another phone then it's ok. Did they change something for 3g coverage? I topped up and bought the 3g 1g data plan too for him.

roadmap yes. as far as I know, it is still yet to be finalized.

erm. i never see any CA so far in klang valley.

anyone can get it?

Further update, the sim cannot access 3g network(get no service), but 4g can access. My other sims no such issue, is the sim spoiled? I live chat confirm the line active.

Ya, when dropped to 3.5G or H+ , the connection is not working, need to re-enable to 4G by yourself or wait longer time for auto, troublesome, unless your phone setting has the option, LTE Only.

Finally after complaint to unifi, they reactive all my line and now back to normal. Still got 67GB to use.

Can't u give more details, like whether u reload, use SMS or call, use internet. Or u kept them in the drawer unused.

2 Sims use internet only, never reload but today after I realized can't use then reloaded rm10 now still the same.

Intraband CA I think. Unless they use band 5 + 40 + 38 or 40 to do Interband CA, if I am not wrong on this.

You also get no service in no 4g coverage area? Only my dad's number got this problem, cannot connect to 2g/3g network at all, no calls/sms/data. My other lines can use 3g no issues. Think maybe have to visit tmpoint tomorrow.

What I am facing is runs on 4G mode is fine but when it dropped to H+ or 3G, the data connection just stalled. When reconnect back to 4G, then it is fine.

my 3g totally cannot connect. Yours is run out of 3g quota probably. You need to buy the 3g data plan.

Ya, guess you are right, thanks for pointing this out. As they advertise and sell for different packages on 3G + LTE ... how is the performance under 3G and H+ ? Should be fine as what claims to be ?
