Wahhh....

I found the solution.

Need to quickly tab the user profile in the apps before the pop up message appear. Logout. Then login again.
*
apps - app info - force stop
storage - clear data

Guy wanna ask, currently im on a webe 79 plan.
My phone didnt support band 5. Got LTE band 1/3/7/8/38/39/40. Mostly my phone camp on 3G. Only certain place got band 38/40.

I find out, one of my friends acc being suspended because exceeds 3G data more than 5GB, even his phone support band 5. Only the problem is LTE coverage in his area very poor. My friend really mad about this.

They change TnC or what?
Last time they said only for NON-LTE phone acc will suspended if using 3G data more than 5GB.

To be honest their online customer service really bad.

dont know for webe 79 plan.
this one for new Unifi Mobile 99 Ultimate Plan

your friends under old webe or new Unifi Mobile ?
– FOR NON BAND 5 PHONE (S), THE LINE MAY BE SUSPENDED UPON USAGE EXCEEDING 2000 VOICE MINUTES AND/OR 5GB OF INTERNET DATA AS OUR PLAN IS OPTIMISED FOR SMART PHONE THAT SUPPORTS BAND 5 AND ABOVE

at my place, band 5 is surprisingly more stable than digi/maxis/celcom/umobile's band 7 when indoor.

not surprise at all tongue.gif
850mhz vs 2,600mhz sure 850mhz better signal indoor
