Just curious any one use Tp-Link MR200 with Unifi mobile before. The specs say it support TDD 2300 and 2600, which is band 40 and band 38 but their support call centre said the router only support unifi band 5.
When I pointed out their specs for band 38 and 40 which can be received by my phone in my area, they still insisted it can't support, said phone and sim router different.

For those who got slower speed when bought the add-on, could they have changed some settings on the phone to connect to band 40 instead of band 38.
If not why when you insert another sim with free data ( without the add-on) the speed still remains throttled?
