Maybe other big player infra is better in term of capacity.
Hence no cap, no issue.

I can't seem to recall, but did they ever give a copy of collection slip during collection ?

Another idea. Last time I got this sms from 63001 from unifi mobile for only one of my sims (Jan) , informing me of successful registration and activation. Maybe you can check back on their sms if you have not already deleted.

Maybe they newly implement. So havent set cap. Eventually when more ppl know will start cap.

My I/C seem to be blocked to apply Unifi Wireless.

no issue for me.... gotten 1x unifi wbb + 5x unifi #bebas

do you know the reason for the block? probably u got outstanding from previous P1/Webe/TM services before? IINM, they will check against overdue outstandings, even after termination. as long as got overdue outstanding, you cannot subscribe.

nope. no outstanding. check everything. everything clear. they refer to IT also not sure what issue (2 weeks also cant settle this issue)

Unifi Wireless is postpaid. Postpaid registration have some blacklist database sharing with all telco. have you using some postpaid plan before ? including astro ?

i just got the sim today, in the packaging, ot said to sms webeon xxxxx to 63001.
mine did not get through. (says undelivered)

fyi i applied new number, not mnp.

the new sim can make calls, send sms and use data.
but wont receive sms and calls.

cant use the unifi monile app since it says 'number not registered/not activated'

i already make a few second calls and sent a few sms.

what gives? anyone know?

already ask cs reagrding this. no need sms anymore

call out or sms will automatically activate ur sim, maybe just wait for awhile then try again

Where do u see the collection / activation date? Mine only show the date where I placed order, don't really help much unless I know when did I collected.

I already corrected myself previously. Pls read one of my previous post. I happened to order and collect on same day so mistakenly thought that the info shown was the collection and activation date for everyone. Sorry again.

Thanks all. apparently i can't change to lte only. i don't know why. when i tried to change to lte from gsm it just wont change. maybe becuase i'm using it on sim 2 slot.

my place is lte covered. just that when i'm trying to choose lock to "lte only" signal, it wont change from the default gsm.

For your phone, you probably need to change first slot to 3G or GSM first then only can change slot 2 to LTE.

since the app is slow and buggy, i've managed to get data from the app and made a web version of it.
now can check my balance info from my browser. just using it for personal use. dont want to get in trouble or something sweat.gif
the 20GB free addon is still in the history data. just not displayed in the app.
but sadly there's no account validity info. just got the one that says "active" like in the app.
