For unifi mobile rm99 plan. Does it unlimited for 3g at non lte coverage area?

Hey guy, did the unifi mobile can support TP-Link 4G/LTE router (MR6400)?

Weird that after I put my Unifi SIM to TP-link, the ISP is Celcom 3G...
But if force to switch to 4G, straight away no signal..

However if put the Huawei MiFi Unifi SIM, then no issued can support 4G LTE. Just the ISP is 502153..
Their network is can support Band 38, 40. Am I right?

Yes they have band 38 and 40 deployed but not in all area so yoy probably stucked in area with band 5 only

Hi, I just received email that one of my numbers will be terminated on 28.12.2018. Unfortunately, I am on holiday until New Year and without that SIM card. I have just online reloaded RM 10 and without purchasing any add-on, is that OK? I need to keep this no. because it ends with ABAB. tongue.gif

Should be ok since money has been given. Keep checking the status in the mobile app for that number, see if it turns back to active within 24 hrs. If not better live chat with them.

It's still active now because it was supposed to be terminated only after 28.12. So sad to spend on it, my aim is not spending anything. laugh.gif

Nope. This SIM card is inactive, apparently I haven't been doing anything for the past 80 days as per email.
I usually will pop in SIM card and run a speedtest, maybe I have forgotten about this lately.

For overseas, I'm not too sure. Maybe can try SMS-ing if it's roaming? Else, only can reload I think.

My subs gonna expire this week.

Should I wait until 25th for renewal and hope that there's an RM55 promo again for Christmas?

Wonder if sms from overseas is it counted as 1 sms and no other charges? I actually have all my SIM cards with me now since I am overseas for a few weeks.

My unifi mobile is the free prepaid SIM card, and long time no use. How come i get SMS like this? Any idea?

Guys looks like unifi doesn't activated volte for pocophone yet. Is there anything I can do from my side which I know it's quite impossible. Haha

I has same issue happen on one of my sim.
Called Unifi mobile, they asked my call unifi care.
Then they confirmed that unifi not under my name and complaint why it sent to my number.

For your case, advise you call unifi care to identify that account is it under your name? To prevent any fraud ID subscription.
If not your name, then complaint why it sent to you.
