From Bdr Sg Long. Also hovering at 8Mbps. From what I observed, when DL speed hits 9Mbps it will drop to 6Mbps suddenly.

QUOTE(kevyeoh @ Oct 2 2018, 07:18 PM) My friend went to tm point today to collect sim card... the CS told my friend need to reload once within 90 days... then the line can last forever .... lol ... dunno if the CS know what he or she talking or my friend heard wrongly ... can last forever ... wow Seems like a trap. QUOTE(tboxmy @ Oct 5 2018, 08:18 AM) If this is an official unifi forum, shouldn't Unifi reps be responding to these problems? We have no choice but to accept because they never promised the 10mbps speed. But it's a dirty trick nonetheless to let us test at 10mbps before purchase and then suddenly lower to 7-8 mbps after purchase.Have not seen any official response. Will get back to digi i100 next month. I only terminated digi last week |

QUOTE(kendytan @ Oct 4 2018, 03:25 PM) Did unifi mobile throttle the download speed again? Getting 10 mbps DL speed before until just down DL speed dropping to 7mbps. Done speed test over 10 times, from beginning the speed will jump to 20-30 mbps then slowly go down and stuck on 7.xx mbps, the last speed test is tested while I still can get 10 mbps Hope it's not a permanent feature from them.[attachmentid=10054666] |

I noticed a significant drop with my direct download speed yesterday, from ~500kb/s to crawling speed of 50~100kb/s.
Don't tell me they throttled the direct download too now? This post has been edited by MRaef: Oct 5 2018, 03:11 PM |

You need to adjust your device location. 500kb/s very low to compare with 7-8Mbps.Don't tell me they throttled the direct download too now? QUOTE(kiritoffx @ Oct 5 2018, 05:39 PM) Nope. Not much feature like other telcos since even the dial menu also not there. |

I was getting an average of 15 mbps before I subscribe to their RM20/ week plan. I have ported out from digi i150 because their speed is good but turns out I only get 7-8mbps when I subscribe to their Rm20/ week plan. I thought I was going to get at least 10mbps. But yeah, they didn't promise anything. Hopefully it's not going to get any slower because I am sure going to port out if they make the speed slower again. Will get back to digi i100 next month. QUOTE(juneong @ Oct 7 2018, 11:32 PM) guy i have one simple question on UNIFI port out, if i port out my number to other telco, can register another number in UNIFI mobile again (currently UNIFI only allow me to register 1 number)? Should be no prob, after you port out, you can register another number. |
