In my area subang I getting 1mbps on LTE network.

Yup... Down 1.xxx Mbps... Upload speed is faster... 5 to 6 Mbps..

Then their standard speed is so slow.. Like P1 legacy plan.

Actually I can get more than 40Mbps..

I think is depends location, my working place sometimes can get 15Mbps and my home can get 20Mbps

also maybe depends on what time. my area, daytime during weekdays easily reach 20mbs but nighttime around 5-7mbs only

The speed/ping depends where you put your device, try relocate somewhere your MiFi/Phone. I became LTE-fengshui master to maintain 10Mbps facing where the cellular tower is located. Also, the orientation of your device/antenna also can affect the quality of the speed.
