reload 3 sim out of 12 sims, if really expire then say goodbye to those 9 sims.
No point to spend so much money on a telco which has no indoor coverage

you can live chat their customer services and ask when is the termination date. they will estimate for you. remember to screenshot it, if anything happen you can take the screenshot and complain to mcmc

I've tried many 4G providers though, digi, webe, unifi mobile, celcom all have the same issues in my area in which they time out badly despite the coverage. Im surprised at your digi infinite speeds as where i am i only get 1Mb/s.

it is inconvenient if u put the unifi mobile in a device which cannot receive sms and no email sent also.

well... i am using OnePlus 5, hmmm... from what i've read, it should be compatible with our local band

one plus 5 should be support band 38/band 40.
if your speed is around 5 mbps then it will very high possibility that you are on band 5.

other telco doesnt use band 5 thats why they can easily go over 5mbps. if you want higher speed perhaps you can try to lock your network to band 38 or band 40, if you are in coverage then you are lucky, the speed will goes around 70mbps
