question:
Is unifi mobile running at LTE-A ? if LTE-A then my speed might hitting 100Mbps if using Cat6 device

Just got my sim yesterday at QCM. I asked one of the the staff there about minimum usage to keep my line active but she told me to top up before 90 days. So i asked her what about the official statement from TM that any outgoing usage will prolong validity. She told me they did get the information about it but still advice me to top up to avoid line getting terminated. Seems like even after the official statement was given out, their staff still not sure which one to follow. Kinda makes me worried. 

Last day to topup for those 1st day Sims is 23April?

Those who lock their band to 4G Lte only, how's the performace? Any downside other than can't make call and receive sms? Any problem when using it?

How is the speed in Sunway area? Umobile is crap here.

Tomorrow is the D day for those who took up UnifiMobile Sims on 24Jan. To top-up or not? Anyone still receiving SMS asking to reload for  validity extension?

my 1st sim will expired on 25 April if I not reload...but got constant using the free 20GB 4G data...so is it safe to not reload?

Other way to check SIM expiry than using live chat?

Not comparing, just saying that wireless internet is not as good as they say. The area where i am, every provider is terrible for 4G.

I've tried many 4G providers though, digi, webe, unifi mobile, celcom all have the same issues in my area in which they time out badly despite the coverage. Im surprised at your digi infinite speeds as where i am i only get 1Mb/s.

asked and no way to get that. but, tm will send sms to inform u the day it come for 30th days, 60th days and 70th days to that unifi mobile no.
it is inconvenient if u put the unifi mobile in a device which cannot receive sms and no email sent also.

wonder any way to check sms if no put the sim card in hp and in a device like mifi or ipad which cannot retrieve sms.

I’m the first batch collected all 5 SIMs on 24 Jan 2018, swapping use of the SIMs, as at today, still able to use the free data without single reload since day 1..

how do u guys get such high speed? my speed is on a constant 2Mbps and below only... and i am living in KL area! it doesn't matter if it's in the morning, afternoon, night or even midnight, the speed is just so SHITTY!

i tried using celcom and it can go over 6Mbps, although not to say very high speed, but it's still 3x faster than unifi :/

how do u know i'm on band 5?
but how come other telco can go over 5Mbps?
well... i am using OnePlus 5, hmmm... from what i've read, it should be compatible with our local band
