There's no 4G icon at the top status bar. Only VoLTE icon and when incoming call, call is HD quality

Yup Huawei Y7 Prime. Funny thing is when I disable VoLTE calls. I get back internet connection but no more VoLTE.

Can any Huawei users of this model verify having the same issue?

Hello, i'm new here! I recently tried to change line from Hotlink prepaid to Unifi mobile, then they send me an sms said that my request was rejected. The next day, unifi send me an email telling me that it was rejected due to overdue unpaid. If i may ask how can you have an overdue on a prepaid? Anyone experienced this before?

Seems like most of the reviews here are mostly about the data coverage.

What about phone calls, in terms of call quality and coverage (irregardless of data)?

Well the line was active, been using ever since and top up like usual. Somehow it's really weird that it suddenly got rejected due to overdue 😪

Did you ported-in exceed cooling off periods? Eg 30days in some telco.

Better contact your current telco for assistance.

I swap from hotlink to unifi mobile as well on February or March. No problem swapping. I still have credit inside hotlink and not yet expired. Took around 2 to 3 weeks time for this process

For prepaid they have cooling off periods too? I thought that only apply to postpaid plan? Hmm i guess i'll try to contact the telco. Thanks!

I see, there shouldn't be any problems to change from hotlink prepaid to unifi right? Usually problems come if you use postpaid. Mine isn't expired yet, i still top up my hotlink. Just tha,t it's weird they told me that I have an overdue

But my Bro GX50 already exceeded 1 months still failed to port out.
Reason: Outstanding Amounts (but all was cleared)

He said checked 3 times, and called U center but was told no ideas with WHY got Outstanding Amounts but all was PAID. LOL!!! Bolehland standard.... Port-in easy, Port-out susah...
(In other U threads saw someone said after port-in U then numbers become them, is that true?)

Anyways, just asked my bro submit official complaint to SKMM and Umobile. bruce.gif bruce.gif
