QUOTE(Steponlego @ Nov 24 2018, 01:43 PM) Is this Line Clear Express even a legit business? Doesnt even have proper tracking. If TM send the sim use normal post with setem jilat pun will eventually arrive. Yes, legit business. I recalled I received parcel from them before. Like normal courier service. Anyone have experience dealing with them or should I just forget my unifi mobile sim? Try this: https://www.tracking.my/lineclear |

Hi, I just received email that one of my numbers will be terminated on 28.12.2018. Unfortunately, I am on holiday until New Year and without that SIM card. I have just online reloaded RM 10 and without purchasing any add-on, is that OK? I need to keep this no. because it ends with ABAB.

QUOTE(Ngto @ Dec 18 2018, 05:44 PM) Should be ok since money has been given. Keep checking the status in the mobile app for that number, see if it turns back to active within 24 hrs. If not better live chat with them. It's still active now because it was supposed to be terminated only after 28.12. So sad to spend on it, my aim is not spending anything. QUOTE(jsnhoh @ Dec 18 2018, 06:26 PM) Thanks. I'm not a bro la. I hope it extends for another 90 days before next round of termination alert. |

QUOTE(MGM @ Dec 18 2018, 09:21 PM) Nope. This SIM card is inactive, apparently I haven't been doing anything for the past 80 days as per email. I usually will pop in SIM card and run a speedtest, maybe I have forgotten about this lately. |

I don't see any option to transfer credit to other UniFi Mobile users, I assume it's not available right?

QUOTE(ZeDeedIsDone @ Jan 17 2019, 02:58 AM) Thanks for the confirmation Need thumbprint verification, at least when I applied mine that was required.I'll go for every 75 days max just in case Another question I have is that I live within walking distance to a TMPoint and was thinking of helping my family get the SIMs too. In the FAQ it says "You need to be present personally with your original ID to receive the SIM" Can I not just bring their ICs? |
