Is this Line Clear Express even a legit business? Doesnt even have proper tracking. If TM send the sim use normal post with setem jilat pun will eventually arrive.

Anyone have experience dealing with them or should I just forget my unifi mobile sim?
*
Yes, legit business. I recalled I received parcel from them before. Like normal courier service.
Try this: https://www.tracking.my/lineclear

Welcome to the club congested lane at midnight.

Actually not everyone is facing with that issue, very location dependence. I don't have problem with Digi.
Same goes to UniFi Mobile and other telcos, there's no perfect telco, so just whichever is good for users.

Hi, I just received email that one of my numbers will be terminated on 28.12.2018. Unfortunately, I am on holiday until New Year and without that SIM card. I have just online reloaded RM 10 and without purchasing any add-on, is that OK? I need to keep this no. because it ends with ABAB. tongue.gif

Should be ok since money has been given. Keep checking the status in the mobile app for that number, see if it turns back to active within 24 hrs. If not better live chat with them.
*
It's still active now because it was supposed to be terminated only after 28.12. So sad to spend on it, my aim is not spending anything. laugh.gif

QUOTE(jsnhoh @ Dec 18 2018, 06:26 PM)
Any topup/reload will extends the validity, no worry bro.
*
Thanks. I'm not a bro la. tongue.gif
I hope it extends for another 90 days before next round of termination alert.

This happens even though u have been doing one activity of call/SMS/reload/data-usage ?
*
Nope. This SIM card is inactive, apparently I haven't been doing anything for the past 80 days as per email.
I usually will pop in SIM card and run a speedtest, maybe I have forgotten about this lately.

Even if u have the SIM card with u what can u do in overseas to avoid the termination?
*
For overseas, I'm not too sure. Maybe can try SMS-ing if it's roaming? Else, only can reload I think.

I don't see any option to transfer credit to other UniFi Mobile users, I assume it's not available right?

Did you restrict your network to 4G only?

My question when I insert the sim, it only show as 3G signal, but when i insert into my phone, i receive LTE signal. How do you guys setup broadband like APN etc? Seriously need help.

Your MiFi doesn't support Band 5, 38 and 40?

Sorry if this question is asked a lot. Is the unifi bebas plan (rm20 per week) speed capped? or is it unlimited?
*
Speed capped to 7-8Mbps according to the users here.

Does that mean, let's say I haven't used the Sim for 89 days.
Then I turn on mobile data and Google something. Is that another +90 days validity?

If not, calling someone for like a minute also +90 days validity too right?
*
Yes. I usually just run a Speedtest.

Thanks for the confirmation smile.gif
I'll go for every 75 days max just in case

Another question I have is that I live within walking distance to a TMPoint and was thinking of helping my family get the SIMs too. In the FAQ it says "You need to be present personally with your original ID to receive the SIM"

Can I not just bring their ICs?
*
Need thumbprint verification, at least when I applied mine that was required.

Hi, using b618 22d for tethering. Now at hometown unable to detect lte signal at all but if put into phone(iphone se), able to utilize the lte network. Anyone know how to lock the lte signal using the b618? Thanks

Refer to first post to download HManager app and lock from that app.
Oops I thought I replied you in B618 thread. Check out first post in B618 thread.
