Last week ported Celcom XPAX to DiGi Prepaid using the website. Pretty good experience.
Here's how it all went down.
Before starting, made sure XPAX still valid. Balance 61 sen until 19/6.
Friday 1 Jun
1000: Used Digi website to port-in XPAX but error after filling in and submitting form.
1330: Try again, this time OK.
2230: Received GDeX tracking number for SIM card.
Monday 4 Jun
1030: GDeX delivered SIM card. Did not thumbprint or even look at MyKAD.
1035: Clicked on "I've received SIM card" on website.
1230: Received port-out confirmation request SMS from Celcom. Replied YES immediately.
1900: Around 6, 7 or 8pm. Celcom SIM stops working. Changed to new DiGi SIM.
Settled!
