Last week ported Celcom XPAX to DiGi Prepaid using the website. Pretty good experience.

Here's how it all went down.

Before starting, made sure XPAX still valid. Balance 61 sen until 19/6.

Friday 1 Jun
1000: Used Digi website to port-in XPAX but error after filling in and submitting form.
1330: Try again, this time OK.
2230: Received GDeX tracking number for SIM card.

Monday 4 Jun
1030: GDeX delivered SIM card. Did not thumbprint or even look at MyKAD.
1035: Clicked on "I've received SIM card" on website.
1230: Received port-out confirmation request SMS from Celcom. Replied YES immediately.
1900: Around 6, 7 or 8pm. Celcom SIM stops working. Changed to new DiGi SIM.

Settled!

My mum just signed up for DiGi Postpaid 38.
38/mth, unlimited calls, 2GB/mth 1GB/day(1-7pm)

Does internet rollover apply to this plan? If so, can rollover how much unused data?

Digi Postpaid 58 is the closest but nothing for 38 in this TnC

Yeah, looks like it. The closest to this is Ambassador 38 which also has no data rollover. Will confirm with DiGi tomorrow.

Just bought RM10 Digi. Paid with Boost, got shake 50 sen. Shopback showing 30sen cashback pending. I wonder when will receive the RM9.

You think they already surpassed the 50 units?

What's the max number of prepaid that can be registered per MyKad? Is it 5? Is it enforced? I already have 5 under my MyKad. I'm thinking of porting in a few of my Unifi Mobile numbers soon.

I also stay. Digi got a lot of voucher to buy every month. In fact I never use the Digi lines for calls and I have 8 of them. Just use to buy voucher and for carrier billing.

All except one I topup when I need to buy anything. The remaining one I use for carrier billing (iTunes, iCloud, Spotify, etc...) so tend to topup 50 a month or more when got discount.

I have 3 old ones with SLL RM38, but never buy the SLL anymore.

Yah correct. My IDDIC is showing a renewal date of 30/12/2025.

For those who need the IDD part of IDDIC, there's now IDD VIP. Free infinite sub. 7 sen/min for 1 overseas number. not sure what countries.

DiGi servers/system hopeless. Errors left, right and centre.
Tealive: managed to buy 4, 3 errors
Puppy Socks: also managed to buy 4, 3 errors

However in midst of all that Merdeka vouchers last night, I managed to get Lazada voucher for my last remaining number. Been trying for this for days now.

Yes, a few months ago. SIM problem so changed it at Digi centre.

I can't remember. I'm pretty sure no charge. But make sure it's Digi Centre and not a dealer. Dealer will probably charge RM10.

Try and see, replacement for lost SIM is RM10, that I'm sure, just did that a few weeks ago. Ask them to waive the charge for a faulty SIM.

Double check the TnC but generally Shopee vouchers can never be used for prepaid topups or gift cards.

If you want to save some money, even earn a little bit.
1. Sign up for a Boost account. Can even get RM5 if you have a referral code.
2. Sign up for a Yoodo SIM card. Delivered free.
3. When you activate Yoodo, you get RM20 credit in Yoodo and RM10 cashback in Boost.
4. Additional RM10 per month in Boost for the next 2 months as long as your Yoodo is active.
5. After that can MNP to Digi if you feel like it.

Yoodo is by Celcom.

One more way is to get free SIM card from unifi mobile and mnp to Digi.

Can also get UMobile free starter kit from inside Kidzania. Not sure if this one still got.

Also Celcom KLIA arrival hall give free SIM cards. But must show passport. Not sure the TnC.

For MyDiGI RM10 vouchers (essentially a RM5.01 discount for min RM11 purchase), I usually use to buy reloads or other eVouchers. They're Cart coupons so can be used for that.

I get the 50% Bonus coupons too but they can't be used for eVouchers or reloads. And other things are usually cheaper at Shopee. Not too mention everything has shipping charge at 11s. Bonus coupons are good if you have multiple coupons and are buying a few items cause you can apply one coupon to each item. The discount can add up that way.
