Hi all I have a question. I saw a promo in my digi app. RM1 for unlimited data plan all day. Auto renewable. But I can't see the T&Cs. Anyone has this too can share?

Unlimited tether? Or like umobile, only 3GB Hotspot tether data?

What is always on?

Speed limit? Can hotspot?

Just had a shit today. My account was charged 3.50 for some tryitgames company account topup which I don't even know what's that. Lucky me that digi willing to refund me. Guess I was hacked.

Hi. Yup. Unlimited use for all. And it seems there's a speed cap at 3mb. But seems like no cap for hotspot.

And yes, auto renew. But this is just for specific users. For me, it's probably because I've been digi prepaid user for n years.

Nope. This is promo offer for specific users. In the app, it will be under offers. Not sure if anyone is seeing it other than that one person who replied me. I guess for my part, being a loyal digi prepaid customer for almost 20 years do give me a little more benefit.

Oh and is anyone seeing digi 38. It's also being offered to me. Postpaid plan. 4gb Internet + big bonus 1gb each day + unlimited free calls.

If not everyone is seeing this, I guess being loyal for 20yrs has its own benefit.

Nope. 2017 best. Always on super long life.

I used long life previously. Expired in April. Then I reloaded rm100 for 4 mths. Then another rm50 since I had a minor short fall. They suddenly offer me this.

My best is 2016. Paiseh. Haha so no free 1gb to me. I only use the phone for WhatsApp purpose. So I only utilise the free 500mb monthly Internet. Enough for WhatsApp.

If you read the chats, u'll notice some people gets it. Seems on random. I thought it's about brand loyalty. Digi always roll out packages on random.

Digi told me no hotspot. I received the email from customer service. So I advice everyone to don't over download. Later they really block it haha

If it appears in your offer list then yes u get it. And yes, it is available to certain customers.

I have a similar issue in penang 2 years back when using their digi broadband. Tell me slow Internet due to congestion and upgrading will resolve within 2 weeks. I ended up waiting for 2 mths. Every 2 weeks, they will renew their 2 weeks. I got fed up and asked for termination saying they unable to provide the promised network value, but they say will charge for termination. I directly write in to MCMC with all my screen shots saying 2 weeks after 2 weeks. Within 2 weeks after complaining to MCMC, I received an email from digi saying my termination request is successful, and got my plan terminated within 2 days.

All in all, took me 2 mths and 2 weeks coz I keep believing them, but with all the screen shots, it strengthened my case with MCMC. In the end, they charge me a full mth fee for for that billing cycle. I asked to waive the full mth but again they refused. I threatened again to write in to MCMC saying service not provided, but bill me. The person on the line immediately ask her manager to call me, in which the manager say I do not need to pay for the final mth.

I think it's congestion. Digi introduced too many cheap plans, thus became a congestion issue.

I believe it was due to the new plans, too many users join digi at the same time. Their tower couldn't hold the influx of too many users. At my place, they download is very good, but upload is almost 0. When there's not upload, there's no download because all initial surfing of Internet requires upload first (sending request to server) before can get download packets.

Between these 2, Digi really lame. 1 hour only. Year end surprised not even surprising.
