Just extra 5gb all day data for those below 25
Add another Rm10 for ambassador 68, get 15gb all day

From what I saw from resellers on FB previously, its 10gb all day + 5gb weekend.
Probably their banner put 15gb to attract customers or maybe the one you saw is an updated plan.
If for those who need the unlimited calls but don't mind or need the weekend/allday data thing maybe its better than amb68.

Anyone here using digi raja sim? Can I know where can we buy this sim, the one with 4gb all day data? If the 4gb data finish what add ons are available?

Anyone here had issues when redeeming your Digi Tealive voucher?

Today I tried using the Tealive RM0.99 voucher i bought previously, 1 voucher no issue but for another voucher the tealive staff told me the code shown already redeemed in their system

Live chat with Digi and the agent told me only can use at Tealive trucks

When in actual fact the participating outlets for the voucher show all brick and mortar outlets

Earlier today, Digi CS called me for another issue, told me that my plan was activated on 30 Oct 2017 and said that my plan already exceeded 1 year and he counted 13 months. Sometimes I srsly wonder what kind of agents Digi hire for their CS.

What ways are you all using to minimise spending on digi topup?
1. Laz topup using CIMB Lazada prepaid (15%) or other CC
2. Digi reward rm4.99 for RM10 Laz voucher > Laz topup
3. CC topup Boost (CC cb) > Boost buy Lazada voucher (8% discount) > Laz topup
4. CC topup Laz Wallet (CC cb)> Laz wallet Topup Digi (5%cb)

I'm using the digi rm1/day unlimited data on my prepaid number but validity oredi expired. Wanna ask u guys
1. If I extend validity rm1 today that means the line will be extended until tmr midnight 11.59pm?
2. The rm1 unlimited renews at 12 midnight. That means I can only renew at today midnight? Is there any way to renew the subscription for today?

Hmm.. I extend the validity using the rm1 per day yest. But it shows valid until today 2/12, my rm1 subscription resubscribe this morning and data still can use until now.

I extend on 1Dec. Ending on 2Dec midnight. So the 1 day validity actually last until the next day rite.

Can only get the extra 3gb after 6mths? Is it stated anywhere on their website on this tnc? I can't find their tnc. If not can we report mcmc for misleading advertisement on their plan?

Isn't the previous plan supposed to be 4gb all day + 1gb bigbonus/day?

I'm planning to port from celcom to this digi38 plan. Anyone here using it actually got the full 9gb? So what's the best way to get the 6gb +3gb plan

1. Port to digi prepaid then use the online link
2. Straight go to digi store
3. Port to any digi plan then live chat to change plan

If u get a reply from Digi let us know how it goes

Initially wanted to ask whether anyone got the full 9gb for the plan. Here's what i got from live chat
-Only selected prepaid subscribers who received the sms offer for digi38 will get the full 9gb at once when they change plan using the online link
-For those porting over from other telcos or changing plans within digi, can request for this plan at Digi Store.
-But you will get 3gb + 3gb weekend and after 6 months will upgrade to 6gb + 3gb (as mentioned by others previously)

Yeah, all the digi38 plans should come with unlimited calls

According to what I understand from the CS , if your prepaid number received the sms for this offer then u can use the online link and u will get the full 9gb. If u didn't receive the sms u can still change to this plan now but u will get the full 9gb after 6 mths

The link in the sms doesn't work the last time I tried. But I guess if you got the sms then u can use the pretopost link someone posted last time.

If u can live with 3gb+3gb for 6mths then u can try changing now. No need to purposely change to prepaid. Maybe u can try confirm back with live chat on the info I got

I'm currently on the rm1 unlimited 3mbps data. Been on this plan for less than a mth, and didn't use much data, probably 3gb. But i received this sms yest. So not sure what is their criteria for offering this promo.

I already bought the 6.99 tony romas set. The TnC says each user only entitle for 1 voucher. But mine still shows the "Buy at 6.99" button instead of the usual gray out notice of exceeded purchase limit. Is it possible to buy more than 1 per account?
