One of the digi store say their customer has no data service after do so and still waiting to be solve after weeks. They say that i can sign up but may face no data service.

hi all... earlier I said I MNP'ed over from Celcom n on LIVE MNP but can't change plan no matter what I did rite ? I walked in to DiGi Center and managed to changed it. they too do not know why I can't n they said maybe system error. DiGi manually changed my plan already and now I'm on 'Digi Prepaid Best 2017 P2P' ...

Digi Postpaid 58 is the closest but nothing for 38 in this TnC

I doubt it can rollover as the data allocation is not a lot.

No data rollover for this plan. the 1gb daily must use between the specified time otherwise consider gone. I have 1 line under this plan as well, good for the calls and little data usage.
