True... it's annoying, but that's the reality of the situation.

I suspect Digi wants to discourage users from going into inactive mode in the first place.  But they fail to see the big picture.

when i balik kampung always i use huawei router to do tethering.

Before this use umobile sim rm50 can last me 1-1.5 weeks. But i lost the sim card.

Now i try digi, 5 days only rm88 gone (big bonus 50 and 38)

I feel like they are cheating data!! This big bonus 38 i just bought around 48hour ago. Now ady finished, just youtube and surfing 2 phone. Not to mention before more hardcore on data use becoz bring desktop back kampung.

Last time went oversea also kena scam by digi rm100~, 1 day mistaken used less than 2 min charge me rm20+.

At kl got unifi, every month pay digi rm50+, still need to jimat like HELL to prevent getting over- charged. Why i choose the lowest package, because one day i go out 1 hour only. Sometimes never go out.

And then some month i still can see i overuse the data. WTf?

F* digi enough is enough, im customer since 12 years ago, last time ady want to change but lazy. Im a really really lazy person so congratz digi had the power to make me move.

Right now Digi in my area is having intermittent problems.  Very slow until I go to aeroplane mode and then switch back on.

It looks like one particular Band 7 tower is the problem.  Band 3 and Band 8 seems ok.

Count by daily, so if 30 day pay total rm30, if 31 days then total is rm31 la.....

already say, auto deduct rm1 daily for unlimited data ma ..... so 28 day pay rm28 la ....

I believe it was due to the new plans, too many users join digi at the same time. Their tower couldn't hold the influx of too many users. At my place, they download is very good, but upload is almost 0. When there's not upload, there's no download because all initial surfing of Internet requires upload first (sending request to server) before can get download packets.

seems got cases with unauthorized simcard replaced by 3rd party, especially if the sim bought via agent.

recently got case someone bought via digi website also kena unauthorized simcard replacement and used to buy steam wallet codes.

there's a group digi infinite postpaid community in fb,

tldr version;

- most of the victims got no service all of sudden at midnight, or receiving simcard changes
- most victims doesn't even know and it's unauthorized change.
- stolen number used to purchase steam wallets and mobile legends diamond
- some of the victims only deal via digi website
