QUOTE(ericlks91 @ Dec 21 2018, 10:37 PM) I don't understand why all prepaid customer get all these free stuff but postpaid customer paying 150 for infinite get nothing at all. Maybe want us to change to prepaid lol Which free stuff you are looking at? If vouchers, you can purchase and redeem too. I'm also Infinite 150 users. If you are looking for free data, it's already on unlimited data... So of course no free data anymore. |

QUOTE(prosibu @ Dec 18 2018, 11:19 PM) Many malls/ indoor coverage doesnot deploy LTE1800 No wonder... Reason unknown Yet almost all telco wasting 15mhz(dg/um) /20mhz (for maxis n celcom) for nth. This is one of the reason why malaysia speed are slow... Sometimes the 4G signal can be full bar inside the shopping mall’s common areas but once you go inside some of the shops, the signal drops to 1 bar, if not immediately vanishes. |

QUOTE(ClarenceT @ Dec 14 2018, 05:16 PM) The offers I get this month... 1GB RM3 for 30 days. 5GB RM3 for 7 days. (Nov: 3GB RM2 for 7 days) Unlimited calls RM9 for 30 days. So RM24 for 21GB (8pm-12am) and unlimited calls! (+ 1GB everyday from 12am-8am) QUOTE(Chrono-Trigger @ Dec 15 2018, 09:45 AM) From my own testing, the RM9 / month unlimited call options will only appear when you subscribe to monthly internet plan. Once I unsubscribe to monthly internet plan, the RM9 unlimited call options disappeared. Why do you think postpaid users shall be prioritized?
Prepaid: take customers' money first, no matter you will use it or not. Postpaid: give you free phone, give you data and calls, then hope for your payment later. 'bayar cukup bulan' . Not to mention some of the customers will delay payment, have to waste manpower to followup. Prepaid FTW! |

QUOTE(imap.cc @ Dec 23 2018, 01:19 PM) Why do you think postpaid users shall be prioritized? You’re probably right.Prepaid: take customers' money first, no matter you will use it or not. Postpaid: give you free phone, give you data and calls, then hope for your payment later. 'bayar cukup bulan' . Not to mention some of the customers will delay payment, have to waste manpower to followup. Prepaid FTW! For me, I think prepaid normally has better network connection compared to postpaid. Reason is people will buy prepaid to test any telco network first before jumping in, although this might not be true. And, there’s no priorities for which plan you take, telco network is NOT the same as “you get what you pay for”. This post has been edited by ckimsem: Dec 23 2018, 02:08 PM |

Digi is likely the most decent of all the telcos in Malaysia and it is no coincidence becos they are majority foreign owned by a Swedish company.
Digi has mainly one issue - coverage problem. But compared to Maxis or Celcom or U Mobile, who all suck, or suck even much worse now than before, Digi is relatively more decent. The rest are all local, and of course, local = sucky. Always been, always will be. I have used Celcom and U Mobile before, and both suck a lot. Maxis also sucks a lot now....and overpriced (for NO reason). This post has been edited by Hobbez: Dec 24 2018, 01:40 PM |

QUOTE(fin8Ex @ Dec 23 2018, 05:42 PM) Before October 2017, terminated prepaid numbers can be reactivated ... Since october 2017, terminated numbers can no longer be reactivated as prepaid ,,, a directive by SKMM and applies to all telco ...AFAIK, currently, terminated numbers can be recovered as postpaid under Maxis (if not recycled yet) and there is an additional 10 days account termination grace period under Xpax after it reached the 50 days grace period. Dunno about digi ... their grace period is generously a little longer than others ... |
