Fortunately, in this case, yes, even the T&C. Buy 4 or 5 11s vouchers from MyDiGi and you find 2 things wrong in the T&C. Fortunately both are in our favour.

Yeah, I think they do that on purpose. Steam RM10 @ RM12 is quite a good fit for that voucher though, if you buy games from Steam. Pay with Boost, maybe get another 20-50 sen back some more plus a few more sens from ShopBack.

I wonder if someone is generating and testing codes. Lazada codes are really short. eg: LZDGSEP5m33ros
Only 6 non case-sensitive alphanumeric chars. That's 36^6, approx 2 billion codes. 2 billion isn't exactly a very big number when it comes to computers.

I had the same problem at a Pizza Hut Delivery. The call centre did not help.

However someone in the above thread managed to claim it at a restaurant. It wasn’t in the system so the manager manually wrote down the digi voucher code.

Last day is Oct 31. I claimed 5 vouchers a few days ago. First time eat. Normal price RM2.20 is so expensive for a tiny cream puff.

Suspended then renewed as soon as you topup.

When I did mine, I clicked "Received SIM" on Digi's portal.

I had the exact same problem last month. Invalid code on the last day of expiry. I see that Laz has fixed it for you. I'd complain to Digi too. Last month, when it happened to me, I made simultaneous reports to Lazada and Digi. Lazada gave me a replacement RM10 code and Digi refunded me the RM4.99.

Anyone knows how many times once can change ownership of a DiGi Prepaid number? Is there a limit, say, in a month?

For those who wants 2x eg: Lazada vouchers. Buy voucher, transfer ownership and buy again. The status for the voucher is reset when it changes owners. Rinse and repeat every 30 days.

The 20% cart coupon on Mondays. Quite good and fast to finish.

That would depend on x and y which is the distance to the digi centre, remember, ownership transfer can only be done there, and time taken, respectively.

You save more than RM5 though. At least (5.01+a)z where z is the numbers you’re transferring up to a max of 4 and a is other vouchers. I haven’t done the calculations myself. Can’t really say myself. I’ve only done it once.

Go to a - must be - digi centre with the new owner. The process is simple. Indicate the numbers to be transferred. Fill in details of new owner. Both sign. All done on a tablet. You can transfer to someone as young as 12.

I received some clarification from Lazada about the Digi vouchers. When they say expiry Nov 30, it means expires at 00:00 Nov 30, in other words, 1 min from 11:59PM Nov 29. I believe that they're the only vouchers in the world that behaves this way. How very OCD of Lazada.

Their rebate coupons work in exactly the same way. Expires Dec 4 means you have to use it on Dec 3.

Yes, they did for me too. Did you manage to simultaneously get a refund from DiGi? I'm gonna leave one voucher for Dec 31 just to see if that works again.

I didn't read the TnC but have used it a few times. Once activated, it'll be active until 12am. If you activate at 1am, you'll have 23hours. If you activate at 10pm, you'll have 2 hours. At 12am, it'll auto renew and deduct RM1.

Just transferred ownership of a couple of my Digi Prepaid numbers to my daughter to make way for a few incoming Unifi Mobile numbers.

One negative thing to note which the Digi staff will not warn you about. Rewards are cleared after the transfer so ensure that you have redeemed them before the transfer.

The silver lining is that after the transfer you can start buying all the rewards again including ones that you may have already bought.

Regarding that free 1GB for 7 days offer that you were all talking about. My daughter's phone got it about 2 weeks ago. That number is always active and topped up. Usually topup RM10 every week or so. One day I topped up RM50, because I needed to buy some stuff, and BAM!, the free 1GB/7days appeared.
