Digi app or Digi website. Or sometimes Digi website will announce certain merchants like Circle K reload will give 3days credit. I only do it from Digi app.

Sorry my mistake. It should be "Always Active" didn't mean to confused anyone. Anyone who subscribe to RM30 and above plan will have this Always Active. Info below.

4. What is "Always Active"?
"Always Active" means that your main account validity will always be extended to match the subscription validity of your Kaki Social Internet + Call Plan. For example, if your account validity expires tomorrow but you subscribe to a Kaki Social Internet + Call Plan with "Always Active" feature today, your account validity will be extended by 30 days (instead of expiring tomorrow).
However, if your main account has a validity of more than 30 days at the point of subscription to a Kaki Social Internet + Call Plan, it will remain unchanged.

Just go to Digi prepaid, look for their internet plans you will see the red logo Always Active with the plans. The TnC are listed there too.

Digi text me last week and offered Digi38 to me. It's in my app with new update. Digi offer different deals to individuals.

My place only in the morning during the free data for 61 days. After that it’s back to normal above 20+mbps.

Have you received the SMS regarding your MNP? If you have reply and confirm your MNP, now wait for phone previous network to go dead then insert your new SIM card.

Wow how come Gdex just leave the SIM card in your mail box. Gdex is required to sight your IC to give you the SIM card, that is the T&C for online MNP. I think in your case you better give Digi a call.

I’m on BB60 yes there are only 2 groupings instead of 3, still 40GB (20+20) per month, if I upgrade to BB65 I will get 30+20GB (50). Will probably upgrade later, RM5 I get extra 10 GB for my basic internet BB.

I did mine at Pyramid. There is a self-service machine outside the Digi outlet. I took the LRT there no need to worry about parking.

I recalled reading on Flipboard regarding this scam. I’ll try to relate how this scam works from my poor memory. The syndicate somehow able to convince the telco (online) that the victims SIM cards were faulty and needed to be replaced. Once replaced, the victims SIM card will be deactivated and then they will contact the victims to make payments to unlock the SIM card. How they are able establish contact after SIM card is lock I’m not so sure. This is as much as I can remember. I don’t know whether it’s the same scam.

That red dot will only be removed by Digi after your birthday month. I had it the whole of last month. Now I’m getting the notification to reload. Yes it’s a pain I’m also not interested in the photo offer.
