Hi,
I would like to know how a Management Corporation/Maintenance & Management for apartment/condo works?Is it a business? Who can do this?or how do this corporation is set up? What qualification do one need?
Anyone into this,please clarify.Thanks

MC is management body that empowered by Strata title act to manage the stratified property.
It can be set up once owners have their own strata title, through AGM/EGM.

I did some research and basically there is these Management/Facilities Management company that will work as JMB.
