 My Home Fibre suddenly no internet connection

I am using Maxis Home Fibre and I am unable to connect to the internet since 4AM this morning...

My Account Number: 1461131326

I have called Maxis support (1-800-82-1123) and the person confirmed I am indeed offline, he promised to call back in 2-3 hours but so far nobody called.

I have also emailed customercare@maxis.com.my, I only get automated reply so far.

I checked maxis website and this forum is listed as one of the recommended sites to seek support.

Is Maxis support lurking here?

Hi forextor,

Based on our checking there is Fibre issue detected at Ampang area and are in the midst of rectification. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

I just installed maxis home fibre 30mbps. The line very bad. Internet on 2nd floor cannot reach. What should i do?

Change router if you not using VoIP. If you are, you have to bridge the router to another better third party router that you can buy yourself.

 

Change to:

0.0142sec    0.57    5 queries    GZIP Disabled
