based on their volume, there's a good chance that you have to wait months in order for your phone to claim warranty. meaning u send in on 1.1.19, will get back phone around 1.3.19

i kena before last time. bought AP set. If you buy original Malaysia set then go straight to the brand official service centre.

P.S.: AP set is not clone set, it's just overseas or china set, not original malaysia set.

if you order from them via installment, make sure that they don't charge you additional "processing fees". From what i remember from directd store in ss15, they will charge a "processing fee" if u want to pay via ansuran.

RM 1999 phone they charge about RM 160. so about 8% (this percentage varies from phone to phone, or staff to staff).

i work in antartica, but they told me via phone they can't send there. that's why i bukak tered.

With just a warehouse in some cheap location, low overhead so can sell cheap. Why want people to see their lousy warehouse?
