Wow Phone is DirecD, but cannot walk-in buy phone

Just called DirectD and confirmed that they are Wow Phone, want to check whether still got stock for the phone that I want to buy. But they tell say cannot walk in to buy, must buy online. My house no pipu during working hours so can't deliver, and I don't want to send to office. Apa mcm skrg?
I cannot brain their policy. |

You sure, I chat with them they say okay. Also if you read the reviews on their page, alot people self collect. Just need remark "self collect" and whatsapp them to collect.
Also I am talking about T-Mobile on 11street, seems they are also DirectD |
