currently im looking to get myself an eyewear, coz right now started Rabun/silau abit already...

Any shop can do for you bro. Its not space shuttle windscreen. Unless you want it to withstand 200kmh tennis ball to the eye.

they can recommend a lens based on ur usage.
there are also sports goggles that can accept prescription lenses...and which would be better since all around protection from debris etc. |

How about just plain ol' daily contact lens? Just throw them out once you're done with them.
