Anyone here signed their loan with other than Affin bank? Just got my loan approved but interest slightly on the high side.. do we need to use developer assigned banks to get the free loan stamp duty?

Hey guys.. I've created a WhatsApp group for owners to join.. this would be only for owners to discuss and share stuff quickly.. I find it particularly helpful since my current condo have it as well.. especially during vp time, we organized bulk buying for cheaper price.. for example aircond and water heater storage, can easily get 10-15% cheaper if by bulk.. and to discuss other things under the sun..
