Pakhome is located at Pucung Pima
This project is located inside Putar Pima.
From gogole map, this project is about 4.5km from Pakhome 280.

Both also leasehold at the municipal border/at Pucung end.
Not my cup of tea.  No further comment.

I heard parkhomes is duplex style condo...bout 1km to puchong prima, commercial area. Its quite a busy area with a supermarket, pasar malam and many retail shops...banks..can become handy for quick shopping..

Heard many unsold unit left with big amount of cashback offered.

Depends on own preference...if u ok with duplex style condo and nearer to lrt n amenities...than parkhomes is suitable...for investment choice.

But for me I prefer abit rural n quiet and lake facing where not much commercial area n big size buildup in one floor...for own stay choice...

For 280 ParkHome, it's not recommended unless u can accept the very huge TNB substation just opposite the 280 ParkHome, that's why still have balance unit.

Tasik Residency at least surrounded by mostly Landed Properties by Plenitude and Lbs and Taman Putra Prima is a Chinese Neighbourhood area with some good and affordable choice of eateries.
